InternFactory

About InternFactory

We understand before we recommend.

InternFactory is a hybrid software delivery, training, and digital services company, built around one belief: the right recommendation only comes after real understanding.

What we noticed

Companies kept describing the same problem in different words: too much manual work, too little digital presence, or too much time spent looking for the right person to hire. Students and professionals kept describing another version of it: a real skills gap between what gets taught and what the job actually asks for, and final year projects built from a template instead of real guidance.

Neither of those is really a technology problem. Both are understanding problems. InternFactory exists to sit with the actual problem first — whether that's a business asking for AI automation, or a student asking for help with a final year project — and bring the right mix of people, process, and technology to solve it.

Ignite24x7, our training platform, grew out of the same pattern: the people who train there are often the same people who go on to build stronger final year projects, or join a client engagement better prepared.

What we believe

Eight rules that override every other decision.

Understanding before recommendation

We'd rather ask one more question than give one wrong answer faster.

Customer before company

The right answer for you sometimes costs us the bigger engagement. We give it anyway.

Education before promotion

We'd rather you understand a decision than simply agree to it.

Trust before conversion

A recommendation that isn't trusted doesn't get used, no matter how correct it is.

People before technology

Technology is how we execute a decision — not a substitute for making a good one.

Clarity before creativity

Clever only counts if it's also clear enough to act on.

Quality before speed

We'd rather deliver the right thing a little later than the wrong thing on time.

Long-term brand before short-term trend

We use new tools when they solve a real problem — never because they're trending.

Our mentors

Every engagement — client work, a final year project, or a training track — is guided by mentors with real industry experience. We introduce mentors as part of the engagement itself, once we understand what you actually need, rather than publishing a roster for its own sake.

Where we are today

Early, and building deliberately — not quickly.
